That immediately won me over, as no other decorator had ever sent such a thoughtful offer.

Communication with her was effortless and pleasant; she completely understood all our wishes and needs, while also suggesting her own ideas — which in the end turned out even better. She was incredibly flexible with meetings, whether in person or online, and always available by message. On the wedding day, she helped us far beyond what was expected — which only shows that, besides being a true professional, she is also a wonderful person.

We admit we are a bit ‘demanding’ and have high expectations, but Ivona exceeded them all. In fact, my very first task after our first dance was to tell her how perfect the décor was.
